For those who have been a great enthusiast about the cars, they’re ought to know about the M badge cars from BMW. M obviously stands for Motor sports, and the entire M series vehicles from BMW has been delivering better performance than the traditional cars that the brand has come up with. But there’s always something that goes back in the pages of history. Similarly, the L cars from BMW are now a history but BMW service Greensboro NC remembers them as it was once the buzz for the car enthusiasts.
In the early half of the 1980s, BMW first started rolling out the earlier models of the M series, they have even come up with a couple of L series vehicles as well- the L6 and the L7. Whenever people come to hear of this fact, they are of the idea that these two vehicles might be the toned down versions of the M series just because L comes before M in the alphabetical order. But this is completely a myth, and L on the contrary only stood for luxury. These two models were considered to be the epitome of luxury vehicles available in the market, and run at par with the M models. But it slowly went down and headed towards extinction. The reason behind their retreating is the BMW 7 Series, which started rolling towards the fag end of the 1980s. The BMW 7 Series first rolled out right after the L7 which had all the features of the 7 Series as well. Even the automatic transmission, a driver airbag, and leather upholstery were available in this particular model as well, but it lacked the optional trims that the 7 Series had. As it was still a story of three decades back, BMW lovers still regret to not find them now. Going by the general standards, the 6 Series of BMW Greensboro NC was axed out of the market just to give some space to the 8 Series. By the time all of this happened, the BMW 7 Series got highly popular, making the L7 completely redundant. A couple of more brands came up with the L7 concept, but BMW’s L6 and L7 is still history.
