The stars have always preferred to be silent, and it is their performance that speaks on behalf of them. The Touareg of Volkswagen Greensboro falls in the section of these silent performers. It doesn't boast and is not flashy at all like the rest of its counterparts in the market like the Audi Q7 or the Porsche Cayenne. It believes just in quality and solid performance. The maximum of its volume is in the V6 TDI model but for the car enthusiasts, who've always craved for some wow factor, the V8 TDI needs some consideration. The output is awesome, and the mechanical, and interior equipment finds an extensive range. The facelift that the latest model has brought is very prominent with some of the new grille and the added brightness. How does it Feel to Drive? Although apparently it seems that the engines found in V10 TDI were far better than this V8 TDI, the real picture is a bit different. The torque is much more in the current version and it's undoubtedly faster. Although the previous R50 V10 model had a sporty look in mind, still it somehow lacks in performance on the current version. The key feature that the V8 TDI showcases is the 800Nm which offshoots the performance to a completely different level. The smooth eight-speed gearbox rolls the acceleration tremendously, and its effortless performance sets it par apart. Superb handling of the Touareg gives it an upper hand on its Cayenne sibling. While Porsche has focused entirely on the sporty outlook and features, the Volkswagen Service Greensboro has concentrated more on comfort and off-road stability. With the subtle touch in the steering and the fast response that it gets while turning in with enough traction and mid-corner grip in action, the Touareg has found some surprising similarity with the Range Rover. The standard air suspension on the TDI V8 allows it to crank up on the maximum elevation that brings in the touch of versatility. How Far Does it Go on the Comfort Zone? Volkswagen features cabin architecture, and the Touareg doesn't deflect from it, but it holds it impressive build. There's no cut-off on the luxurious field, the seats are cushioned in Nappa leather, and there's a 360-degree camera that helps you out in parking. The eight-inch touch screen is the latest inclusion in the Touareg models. The technicians of Volkswagen Repair Greensboro complains only of the adaptive cruise control technology that they consider should have been mandatory in all the models instead of coming in an optional package. Although its a facelift model in the line, but is not satisfactory for those, who've used the Audi, BMW or a Porsche. But if the performance is taken into consideration, it's worth a buy.
